Sounds like you have a nice chain of components. Have you tried other headphone amps? How do you like your amp?

Nice system...I just met Ray this past weekend...great guy. He let me listen to the HR-2...what a fantastic SS amp for HP's. It doesn't loose much to his new Raptor either! Enjoy.

My next upgrade will be a PS Audio Power Port. I have two dedicated 20A lines running into my office, and I'll run one to each of the two outlets in the duplex.
Then, I want to get ahold of three 1.0m PS Audio xStream Plus power cords.
At some point, I might upgrade the interconnect to the Cardas 0.5m Golden Reference, but not for quite a while.

Ray Samuels is awsome, I have an SR71 and love it to death with my Grado RS-1's. Have you thought about moving over to Grado? Your system is way killer, the cardas upgrade must really warm up the already great bass you get with your Senns. If you havent found them already, theres a great HP site at "headfi.com". Lots of "headfi'ers" there that have all kinds of "stuff" to trade or for sale. Oh, the company aint to bad either! lol.
