If you want a real surprise pick up a Connie and try one. Some regard as toys but I love them and they are serious purist turntables.
I feel passionate about unipivot arms even though logic tells me somehow they shouldn't compete with the like of an SME V. I think they go way beyond, but I guess thats just a personal take on a complex subject.
