2 Channel Main System I am moving into my new stereo room. Everything is on hold now. I trying to get power installed and then I am going to start room tuning. Pictues will follow.
My wife is retiring and would like to listen to FM. I am now on the hunt for tuner which will sound good on my system. I bought a McIntosh MR67 but there was a problem with the unit. I had to return it. 2010-11-1 I added a Steve Blinn Designs custom rack. I had special butcher block boards custom made up in the Maple country. I really like the way they turned out. 05-11-2010 I just discovered Elrod power cables. I added one to the Sony 5400ES player and it made such a big difference making the sound richer overall. I then added one to the preamp which made my bass better. I then added one to each of my new Spectron monoblocks. This seemed to add more layering to my sound stage. I can't believe the difference. I have just recently added the Savoy speakers. What a plus. I have up loaded pictures. My cables are a mess. I have been trying different ones. I am still waiting on some. The rug is my tuning device. Teddy has the most important job of all approving all new stereo components. I added dedicated circuits with 20 amp breakers which made a big difference in sound.
